I very much appreciated this episode. Whilst living in Hong Kong, my wife and I would occasionally spend a weekend in Macao specifically for its history, cuisine, and architecture. Casinos did not interest us at all. Rather, a visit to the pleasant Protestant Cemetery, for example, gave an enlightening snapshot of some of the people who came to the entrepot. We enjoyed the food so much, that I bought Annabel Jackson's "Taste of Macau". I make African Chicken and Minci at home.
